Engineering Pathfinders

June 7, 2016

Our own Lorna from the BGH Education team has been working with the Engineering Pathfinder students from Kirkland HS, (one of the two high schools we work most closely with). The course is run by our STEM partners Fife College, and allows students to experience a wide range of engineering aspects, working towards real qualifications whilst still at school.

This year Bright Green Hydrogen are assisting with the Industry Challenge. The challenge is to learn about hydrogen fuel cell technology and then use that knowledge and understanding to solve a real world problem to e.g. energy storage. Pupils are given small reversible PEM fuel cell kits for experimentation purposes, and can then use these to demonstrate their application and solutions.

We can’t wait to see the results!

We help demonstrate the role the energy efficiency, renewables & hydrogen play in reducing the impact of climate change and securing the world's future energy supply.
